Electrical Engineering (Honours) · UNSW Sydney
Hello! I'm Joseph, an Electrical Engineering graduate from UNSW and a
Process Automation Engineer at Next Printing.
I build systems that removes bottlenecks from production; automating workflows with Make,
Enfocus Switch, and JavaScript. I am currently responsible for spearheading the company's ERP Integration.
Beyond my professional career, you'll find me tinkering with cars, playing volleyball,
or sharing a meal with the family.
Built a Make workflow that syncs invoice data from our ERP into Xero and automatically creates invoices with consistent formatting.
Created automated fixup chains to standardise client-supplied PDFs (preflight, corrections, output consistency), reducing manual prepress workload.
Designed Excel upload templates that map product data directly into ERP order fields, improving accuracy and reducing admin time significantly.
Implemented a 5-channel equaliser in MATLAB, applying filter design methods to process audio signals in real time.
Analysis and control of an inverted pendulum system.
Designed and tested a Class-AB amplifier using a Sziklai pair stage, integrating automatic gain control and a noise gate for clean output. Achieved 0.07% THD.
Produced schematics and layouts in Altium Designer for university builds including amplifier boards, power circuits, and mixed-signal prototypes.
Developed a modular energy-harvesting tile using piezoelectric materials, converting mechanical pressure into usable electrical power.
Modelled and prototyped parts in Fusion 360 and Onshape for work and personal builds.
Currently experimenting with ECU calibration changes to refine throttle response and power delivery (learning-focused personal project).
Whether it's a project, a question, or just a hello — my inbox is always open.
